Leonard Person Jr. is the CEO of MyHouseGram, a company that specializes in teaching strategic real estate investing methods including quiet title litigation, wholesale acquisition deals, buying and selling non performing notes, and the basics of flipping homes.
A company is only as strong as its leadership, and Leonard is incredibly skilled at what he does. He leads the company by example, as he has netted multiple six figures flipping properties and was able to net over $1 million in just his first year. He became immersed in the industry after being introduced to real estate by a friend, and the rest was history.
Leonard’s ability to offer so many financial and investment services under one roof has given him a massive advantage in the industry, and he operates with his clients’ best interests in mind. His company’s services allow customers to create multiple income streams through owning properties without having to hold the mortgages, which was a huge key to Leonard’s success initially.
Outside of his work with MyHouseGram, Leonard continually gives back to his community. He self published an investing book called “Hood Estate The Manual”, and the book is packed with valuable information on how to flip properties and build wealth by leveraging credit. The impact the book has had thus far on Leonard’s community has been tremendous.
Leonard has experienced tremendous success in his real estate and business ventures, and it’s given him the freedom to do what he wants on a daily basis while making his own rules. He’s been able to accomplish this through multiple income streams and being debt free, as he owns all of his properties in all cash and not mortgages.
Just as Leonard authored a book to give back to his community, he’s constantly looking for ways to give back to others and bring goodness to the world. He’s taught people real estate for free, donated money, bought homes for his parents, and gives loans to family and friends without expecting anything in return. He constantly puts good energy into the world through his selflessness, and the universe has rewarded him tremendously in return. He knows that he’s done his fair share of giving, and he’s still willing to help someone in need to this day.
Leonard has accomplished a tremendous amount in his career, and he feels he’s just getting started. He won’t settle until he’s helped as many people as humanly possible and has a real estate empire under his control, and he will work as hard as he can to make that a reality.
